★As stipulated by law, after confirmation of accommodation, all guests will be required to present their passports and disclose their name, address, and occupation. If you do not disclose your information, we may refuse your check-in invitation or your accommodation itself. Thank you for your understanding.
(Japanese guests do not need to show their passports. Only the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests are required.)

★If you use more towels and linens than the number of people, you will be charged an additional fee.
★Luggage can be kept from 12:00 (noon) on the check-in day.
★Late check-out will be charged 2,000 yen per hour. Please note that if you do not notify us at least 2 days before your check-in, we will not be able to prepare your room, and even if you notify us 2 days before your reservation, if there is no room available, we will not be able to prepare your room. However, if you suddenly check out late without consent, you will be charged 5,000 yen for 15 minutes as a violation.
★Additional fees may be charged if the room is so messy that it is determined that normal cleaning efforts would be difficult. (From 4,000 yen) Also, bulky garbage will be disposed of for a fee (from 3,000 yen)
★There are many cases where people take their keys home. Please return it to its original location when checking out. We will charge you for the lost key (starting from 20,000 yen).
★If damage or loss occurs, you may be charged for other necessary expenses such as arrangement fees in addition to the price of the item.
★Smoking is prohibited inside the room. Once the smell of cigarettes permeates the room, it is difficult to remove, and the next guest may request to be moved to another facility. Claims may be filed for dealing with such damage caused by smoking.
★Please refrain from wearing shoes indoors. Slippers are provided for your use inside the room.
★When necessary, such as maintenance of room equipment or emergencies, staff may enter the room using a spare key even during your stay. We will try to add a message to you before entering, but in some cases we may enter without your consent. Thank you for your understanding.
