Cozy pipo wagon with hot tub on farmyard. Perfect as a base for a day trip to Amersfoort (15 min.), Utrecht (30 min.) or Amsterdam (40 min.). Close to beautiful nature: Veluwe, Soesterduinen, Eempolder, den Treek. Great place for couples or girlfriends getaway. You'll find the gypsy caravan behind the farm. Not a standard Airbnb but a unique place, completely back to basics. Wake up to whistling birds overlooking the goat pasture. A hot tub is available (€30).

The space
The Pipo wagon is suitable for 2 people, small but nice. A lovely comfortable double bed (140cm wide and 190cm long!!). There is no kitchen available. In the caravan, you will find a bench, table, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee and tea supplies. Outside the car there is a BBQ, picnic table and lounge chairs. For the BBQ, there is a starter and firelighters. You should bring your own coal.

There is no breakfast service. However, plates, cutlery and glasses are available. And because there is a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), it is easy to bring your own breakfast and other food.

We also provide 2 bath towels, a tea towel, hand towel, dish towel, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper. There are plaids for when it cools down a bit in the evening.

The outdoor shower, toilet and sink are outside the trailer and are for your private use. The toilet can be found through a door at the back of the trailer. The shower is a well-shielded outdoor shower, so you have complete privacy. Please note: The outdoor shower provides 4 to 5 minutes of continuous hot water at a time.

You always have the entire accommodation to yourself. Private parking, private seating with picnic table and BBQ is free to use.

There is a wood-fired hot tub (optional €30). We fill the hot tub for you, and it is ready upon arrival. It must be heated by yourself (takes about 1.5 - 2 hours). We clean the hot tub after each stay and fill it with clean water.

Now also possible... the hot tub already heated by us (€50). In the winter months, highly recommended. A nice hot bath upon arrival.

The hot tub is always available. After your booking, let us know via a message if you want the hot tub, and we will settle it later.

There are also 2 bicycles available that can be used freely. (not electric).

It is not possible to place extra beds in the wagon.

Please note: WiFi is available around the gypsy wagon. In the gypsy wagon itself, it is not to hardly received, and certainly not strong enough for Netflix etc.

Supermarkets nearby are: Spar (1.5 km), Albert Hein and Jumbo (2.5 km)

Accessible by bus from Hoevelaken or Nijkerk station (about 10 min.) Then a 6-minute walk to the destination.

Check-in is not possible on Sundays. However, you can book a whole weekend until Monday morning.
Our farm fox "Bor" can walk around the yard when we are at home, but basically does not come to the Pipo trailer.
Check-in after 8 p.m. is possible in consultation.
