Welcome to our comfortable sea-view apartment, located on the top floor of our family home in the peaceful area of Koludrt, Lumbarda. Surrounded by pine and olive trees and away from the main road, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The apartment accommodates 2 adults + 1 child. It features one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views. The extra bed is best suited for a child, making the apartment ideal for couples or small families.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet, not lot of traffic, close to everything and still not overcrowded with people and cars. Rocky beach bellow apartments is nice, shade of pine trees and only people from the neighborhood. Again, view from the neigborhood is amazing!

Born in 1976. Finished school in Korcula and went to Zadar where I studied in at The Department of Communicology and Tourism. Became Tourism Profesional with more then 20 years of experience. I live in Lumbarda on island Korcula with my wife and son Mile born in 2012. In 2022. new son arrived, his name is Marin.
