Timberloft Cabin is tucked away in a serene community about ten minutes south of downtown Flagstaff, and is a great place for a quick weekend retreat or an extended getaway. With a beautiful and private back yard overlooking the untouched Ponderosa Pine forest, the whole family can enjoy the clean, crisp air of the mountains and an evening under the stars in this beautiful Property.

The space
Walking into Timberloft you immediately are taken aback by the great room's soaring tongue and groove ceilings and expanses of vaulted windows overlooking a beautiful back yard and then out into the untouched forest. Tiled throughout, the great room stays cool in the summer, and the radiant in-floor heating along with a floor to ceiling rock fireplace keep it cozy all winter. A stunning rough-cut log beam spans the width of the house, combined with over-sized wood trim and rustic decor to show the mountain character of this amazing cabin. When the french doors swing open to the untouched forest beyond, you are sure to feel like you are in your own private mountain oasis.

The rustic-yet-modern kitchen has beautifully crafted Alder wood cabinetry and sleek black granite counter tops. With stylish stainless steel appliances and all of the accouterments, this chef's kitchen is a joy to cook in. With dining area seating for 8, the group can enjoy a wonderful meal together in this open and comfortable space.

As you meander to the downstairs sleeping quarters, you find the beautiful Master bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable lounge chair, and private bathroom with dual sinks. Across the hall is the queen guest bedroom, and a separate bath with walk-in shower.

Making your way up to the loft living and sleeping area, you'll find a comfortable open space with plenty of seating, and a smart TV perfect for those movie nights! There are two twin bedrooms along with two pull-out trundles to making a comfortable place for four to sleep. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the loft as well.

The Mountainaire neighborhood is just south of Flagstaff about 7 minutes via interstate 17. It has a mix of housing from simple A Frames to Luxurious mountain Cabins. It sits inside of the Coconino National Forest and there is easy access to trails and forest roads for recreation. There is a convenience store just off the highway and a restaurant and bar but most of your shopping and eating is in the city of Flagstaff. Kick back and relax in the tall pines.
