Welcome to your perfect getaway in Surfside Beach! This charming 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom loft-style condo is located on the 2nd floor in a peaceful neighborhood, offering both comfort and convenience. With its open loft design, this condo combines modern charm with cozy vibes, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Just 2 miles from the beach, you’re just minutes away from Surfside's sandy shores and stunning sunsets. You have convenient access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.
The space
*The primary bedroom, consists of a king size bed, dresser w/mirror, 2 nightstands and wall mounted television, is on the main floor, only steps from the full bathroom.
*The 2nd floor loft style bedroom is up the spiral staircase, has 2 full size beds, a full bathroom, work desk & chair, walk in closet and a dresser with a television. Both bedrooms are furnished with linens and bath towels.
*The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, silverware, cooking utensils, cookware and glassware.
*There is a dining table that seats 4, as well as 3 additional bar stools for seating at the counter.
*The living room has a comfortable L shaped couch, coffee table, end table and wall mounted Television. *Cable and WI-FI are included.
*Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels are provided for your convenience. The condo is equipped with a stackable washer & dryer in the closet on the balcony, in which we will provide a bottle of laundry detergent to get you started. We also provide a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and garbage bags for the kitchen garbage can.
*The balcony has 2 Adirondack chairs and end table to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather.
*There is a pool, hot tub, tennis courts and pickleball courts for your use. The rackets for both are supplied by us.
