• 💦⏳ NOW...THE 'IN-SUITE WASHER/DRYER COMBO UNIT. (dramatic music😆):
While we do have a small combo unit in the suite, the reviews are seemingly mixed: some have loved it, others, not so much. Ready? It takes minimum of 3 hrs for one load to wash and dry. That's how those combo units roll 😆. and they are for smaller loads, not like a conventional, larger washing machine. So my suggestion is to go with the laundry service to ensure absolute laundry perfection. :)
• However, if you'd like to give the washer/dryer unit in the suite a try (which is a washer/dryer in one), I will gladly send you a quick video on how to run it! Super easy!
Also please be sure to keep white towels and linens from the suite SEPARATE from any of your colored clothes. :) Nothing worse than purpley-pink towels when you want a crisp white one. (and thank you!).
• 🚿SHOWER:
The shower on/off mechanism is NOT broken lol. It’s just a little less intuitive to turn on than most. The round center "handle" needs to be pulled forward (not left or right, but straight out, towards the toilet. And don’t be afraid to do this, you won’t break it haha. My advice is to try turning it on when you get there, so if you somehow need me to show you, you’re still fully clothed lol.
I would gladly show you! Although I’m pretty confident with this explanation, you’ll be able to figure it out.
***For stay of more than two people, There is only one bathroom in the suite. It is an ensuite bathroom- meaning it is inside one of the bedrooms. Something to note if you have friends or family in the other bedroom who will be using the bathroom during the night.

Weston is known for its beautiful homes and serene, wooded landscapes, and like anywhere that values its natural charm, keeping things beautiful sometimes requires routine lawn care or home maintenance in the area.
While the property itself is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, and sits on a private acre, and will never have construction done when guests are here, there may occasionally be daytime sounds from nearby landscaping or improvement projects. These are typically short-lived and infrequent, but I like to share this in advance so guests know of this possibility beforehand.

Neighborhood highlights
Suite Blueberry is quietly located, almost at the end of a cul de sac in Weston, so there is no thru traffic and needless to say, very safe and super private. The yard is open, but surrounded by woods. We are just a short, 10 minute drive to downtown Westport for all the well known, yummy restaurants and incredible shops. We are also about 15 minutes to downtown Fairfield, which is equally amazing and worth checking out for all the dining and shopping spots. Devil's Den, Aspatuck River in Redding, and other Hiking trails are abundant up here as well. And only about 55 minutes on Metro North if you feel like heading into NYC!
