See lots of wildlife roaming through the property as you enjoy the views while sitting on the front deck having dinner. There are lots of wildlife such as Deer, Fox, Skunks, Bears, Raccoons, Opossums, Different types of Squirrels, Porcupines, Eagles, Hawks, etc.
Prepare meals in the beautiful chef's kitchen or gas grill on the front deck.
Go for a hike on the miles of trails on the property in an amazing NY hardwood forest. There is a trail map that is color coded inside the house so you can photo it and take in the woods.
Soak in the outdoor hot tub on the side deck off the master bedroom.
The 5 acres of lawn are maintained by the property manager who lives almost next door, as is snow removal and whatever maintenance is needed, questions about the house, etc….
