We have self check-in. We will give you a QR code, which you will present at the gate and to the guard to check in.

🔒A ₱1,000 security deposit per unit is required to cover lost or damaged items. This will be collected upon check-in and refunded at checkout if no damages/stains/foul smell are found.
🔲 Self check in po tayo. Bibigyan po namin kayo ng QR code, yun po ang ipepresent lang po ninyo sa gate and sa guard para makapag-check in.
💳 Please send the ₱1,000 security deposit to receive your QR code.
⚙️ If you see existing damages inside the unit, please inform us immediately by sending a photo of it. Otherwise, guests will be responsible for any damages found within the unit.
🍳 May frying pan tayo, induction cooker, electric kettle & rice cooker. 😊 Pwede pong magluto, not allowed lang po ang food like daing, any fried fish, bagoong, and other pungent smelling food na maaaring dumikit ang amoy sa walls.
Pungent Odor Penalty:
Smoking/Vaping - ₱5,000
Food - ₱2,000
🚪 When you cook any food, our advice is to open the balcony door and the range hood above the induction cooker to make sure that the smell won’t linger po.

🎊 Decorations are allowed as long you’re gonna clean it after and wala pong matitirang residue sa walls, ceiling or kung saan niyo po ilalagay ang decorations.
🔑 Key has no duplicate. When going outside, please always bring the key. Leaving the unit locked upon check out will cost the guests P500+ (locksmith fee). Lost key will be charged a ₱1000 FINE.
🧼 This is CLAYGO booking. That means upon check out, dishes should be washed, trash is thrown out, kitchen's clear, bathroom is hairless, and table is clutterfree. Let’s remember that this is another person’s house, we’re just borrowing.
👩🏻✈️ The room attendant will be at your door at exactly 10AM for your checkout. Extensions should be coordinated & approved by the host before proceeding. ₱100/hr or fraction of an hour.
