North Beach Manor is a sparkling clean, gorgeous, bayside stay in a historic and thriving maritime neighborhood — tailor-made for low-key group getaways of up to 8 guests. This family-owned, 6-bedroom, three-story house in a quiet area of Ballard features abundant charm and a private, resident-only beach with keyed access. Tucked-away nooks and crannies, vintage artwork & furnishings and other curiosities make this
storybook home a joy to discover. All just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.

The space
The whole house is available for your use, even the basement game room and laundry room! Better yet, If you’re down to adventure, there is a secret room upstairs perfect for kiddos (or thrill seeking adults). I’ll leave it up to you to find, but if you need a clue finding it, you can always message me!

The whole house and surrounding yard area are all for your use. The small garage is off limits as well as the storage area in the basement off the laundry room

*Valentine's package available upon request for the trips during month of february! Package includes champagne or cider for two, chocolates, and flowers for your stay! ($150 add-on. Inquire at booking via message)
