This family-owned, 6-bedroom, three-story house in a quiet area of Ballard features abundant charm and a private, resident-only beach with keyed access. Tucked-away nooks and crannies, vintage artwork & furnishings and other curiosities make this
storybook home a joy to discover. All just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.

The space
The whole house is available for your use, even the basement game room and laundry room! Better yet, If you’re down to adventure, there is a secret room upstairs perfect for kiddos (or thrill seeking adults). I’ll leave it up to you to find, but if you need a clue finding it, you can always message me!

The whole house and surrounding yard area are all for your use. The small garage is off limits as well as the storage area in the basement off the laundry room
