The Loft on the Lane is a lovely, furnished 1 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the Court on the Lane. The Loft is located in the historic Skidmore district in Ashland, a quiet, residential area close to down town. The walk to Ashland's plaza is around 15 minutes or 7ish blocks.

The Loft has a deck, off-steet parking, WIFI, TV and A/C. In the small living room, you will find a sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen has cook ware and dishes, a Larger mini-fridge, convection oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The deck has a bistro table, chair and a lovely view of the hills and Grizzly Peak.
