IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
-No Pets allowed and no smoking on premises. No exceptions
-Security cameras are used on the exterior of the home for security purposes pointed at the driveway
-Please read the Cancelation Policy carefully. We do enforce this. We highly recommend Travel Insurance for those unforeseen situations.
-We have a standardized rental agreement that we will ask you to sign.
-Typical of many cabins, we have well water, which can get a sulfur taste/smell from time to time. We have a filter and softener to mitigate this, and we test the water regularly to ensure it's safe.

You’ll be a ten minute drive to Cedar Falls or Old Man's Cave for first class hiking, or a short ~40 minute drive to Athens and just 1 hour to Columbus city center.

My husband Steve and I were born and raised in Ohio, and have a couple different places in the US, eventually settling back in Columbus.
