Freshly renovated efficiency condo located across from Sugar Mountain. Perfect getaway for skiing, hiking, and relaxation. This 400 sq ft condo comes fully furnished with free wifi, tv streaming services, a stocked kitchen for cooking, and a new king-size bed. The condo is minutes away from Grandfather Mountain, Beech Mountain, Boone, Linville Falls, and two miles to downtown Banner Elk. Enjoy the small mountain town feel as you visit local shops and restaurants.

The space
Enjoy our cozy living space that has a mountain mural and soft lighting which sets the mood to relax and read a book, or sit by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. Coffee is provided as well as cooking supplies and spices.

There is a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed with a mattress topper. Clean linens are provided for every guest for both beds. We also have a 46 inch tv with roku, Netflix, Disney Plus, Sling, and Pandora. We provided a few card games, a PS2 with some classic games to keep you entertained during your stay.

In the bathroom, you will find fresh towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Complimentary items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, and Q-tips are provided.

The condo is equipped with a mini-split system providing air conditioning and heat. There is also a standing fan for white noise if needed.
There is plenty of parking directly in front of the condo. Easy access directly off of the main road.
