A farming & bedroom area of estates near Charlottesville and Shenandoah National Park and wineries... on popular bike route, horse farms, layered mountain views and "nature" everywhere. Charlottesville, being a university town and a popular historical site area, has endless things to do for both adults and kids. This is a great place to visit. Some guests use this nicely renovated house as a jumping off point for C'ville activities and some use it as a quiet and comfortable retreat house.
