You won't find a better spot to enjoy the Madison Valley than the 9T9 Ranch home. This home is located on the beautiful Madison River with private access. Perfect family vacation, fishermans dream come true, or simply a perfect escape to get away from it all. Peaceful views of the mountains and river await you from the porch. Inside the home is beautifully decorated with a professional kitchen, large windows in the living area to watch the views, and comfortable beds after a day of exploring.

The space
If you are looking for a once in a lifetime trip at a once in a lifetime property, the 9T9 Ranch home is it. This spacious home is located on over 14 acres ensuring that you will have the peace and quiet you are looking for. The home was previously a highly rated bed and breakfast and now you have the chance to bring your friends or family and enjoy it for yourselves. The home has ample space boasting living rooms both upstairs and downstairs and a large kitchen with beautiful commercial appliances to cook for your whole crew!

The home sleeps a maximum of 12 people, with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. When you arrive at the entrance you can go upstairs or downstairs. Downstairs is a living area and three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the bedroom across the hall is the “bunk room” with twin bunk beds, across from those bedrooms is a full bathroom with large tile shower. Next to the living room downstairs is another bedroom with a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

Back upstairs is the main living room, dining areas and bedroom with another en-suite bathroom. The kitchen with commercial appliances and a half bath with beautiful deck. The living room on the main level has a smart tv and gas fireplace as well. Up the stairs is a loft bedroom with a king sized bed and large L shaped desk that’s perfect for setting up an office away from home.

The last “bedroom” is the coop!! The fun building is an old chicken coop that the back half has been turned into an extra sleeping space. The two twin beds have a separate table and chairs and is a space all its own for those feeling adventurous.

The real experience is outside! There is a nice deck on the front of the house that showcases the beautiful Madison Range with Sphinx Mountain taking center stage. The breathtaking view includes the blue ribbon fishing Madison River and plenty of wildlife. On cool evenings or whenever the mood strikes, there is a hot tub that is ready for you to unwind in after a day of exploring the valley.

There is spacious parking and space for you to park your drift boat since it is just a few miles away from the Varney Bridge fishing access. This home's ideal location is a short drive into Ennis for shopping, local restaurants, distillery, theater, and local events. Cut across the Varney Road to Cameron and head south to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Head over the hill to the west and visit historic Virginia and Nevada City. Whatever you are seeking this home has it all!
