Entry gate fee into Sea Pines is $9 per day or $20 per week per vehicle cash only. Parking at the villa is free once inside. More rental information can be found at Sea Pines Living, go to renters to find gate pass information and the trolley schedules.

The beach is only 1.5 miles from this villa located at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Please see photos on the site. Parking is available at the Beach Club after Labor Day until Mid March. From Mid March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool to the Beach Club and Back. The trolley departs from the Harbour Town Pool right across the street.
You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available. Parking is only available to renters before 9:00am and after 5:30pm in season.

Short-term renters & their guests must park vehicles in the garage, carport or on the driveway of the rental property, as parking is not permitted on any landscaped surfaces including the front, back or side yards.
Motorized vehicles (including electric & pedal-assist bikes, scooters) are not permitted in Sea Pines. While using the leisure trails, be aware of vehicles. They are not required to stop while you are waiting to cross a roadway.
Please be a courteous neighbor and be mindful of noise levels of people and pets. Town of Hilton Head noise ordinance: reduced level 10 PM - 7 AM daily.
Short-term renters, renting in Sea Pines are not permitted to bring in motor homes, travel trailers/ RVs, boats, personal watercraft, or jet-ski and ski-doos.
Dogs must be restrained by a leash or fencing at all times (except when the no leash policy is permitted on the beach) and not allowed to bark for any duration that would disturb others.
