Other things to note
✅ In accordance with the building’s policy, self check-in is not permitted. However, we are available to assist with late check-ins 24/7. A staff member is required to assist guests during check-in, and our caretaker will meet you at the lobby, welcome you upon arrival, and personally hand over the key.
We offer convenient self check-out for your flexibility.
🧴 Towels and guest kits are provided for your convenience. Please note that for safety reasons, we do not provide drinking water. Guests may conveniently purchase any additional items at Metro Supermarket (6:00 AM–12:00 MN), 99 Ranch, or Watsons, located at Newport Mall.
House Rules:
🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and throughout the building. A ₱5,000 penalty applies if cigarette odor is detected, with possible additional charges from the building administration. Designated smoking areas are located near the commercial parking area by Lobby 1 and the motorcycle waiting area in front of Anytime Fitness by Lobby 2.
❄️📺 Please turn off the airconditioning and TV when leaving the unit to help conserve energy.
🗑️ For multi-night stays, kindly take out the trash daily to Basement 2, located behind the elevator.
👥 For everyone’s comfort and security, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit.
🕒 Please observe the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and, if approved, will be charged Php200 per hour. (may be waived in special cases, but only with prior approval)
