2025-Celebrating our 22nd year as a 5-Star overnight destination in Saugatuck, Michigan
Sleeps 16 from this centrally located home to its chef designed kitchen with 3 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer to wet bar in dining room. Steam shower and heated floor in lower bathroom, double sinks with private water closet inside bathroom. Handcrafted beautiful original doors and woodwork throughout the lower level with a library feel.

The space
Two discreet apartment suites are located on the Upper Level are only accessible from the outside stairwell. Each apartment has its own style but includes full baths and kitchens with dining areas. There are three porch decks. Two are covered, one at the Main Level and the other is connected to the 2BR Apartment Suite.

We continue to hold the Airbnb Super-Host designation for service to our guests and our community for 5 years running.

Parking is at a premium Downtown Saugatuck. Enjoy the 5 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck by walking down Lake Street. You will arrive quickly without the parking hassles. You can always get a lift using the public Interurban bus for $1.00 each way.

*** Jacuzzi & Pool NOTICE ***

Hot Tub/Jacuzzi is located on the rear patio adjacent to the Fire Pit and in-ground pool. Jacuzzi is unlocked during the day hours of 7am - 11pm. It is locked at 11pm due to the city of Saugatuck noise ordinance.

The pool and patio's are fenced in.

Where I went to school: Many schools in the Detroit area.
Both Bryan and me are recently retired and are from the Detroit area. He's former West Side/Westland and I'm an Eastsider. Daughter and Family live near Detroit and have a Son and grandson in Denver. After 22+ years we have restored the home you will be staying in to better than new condition and hope you will be comfortable when you stay with us. The apartments provide maximum security and privacy with all the comforts of home.
