Offering Bike Rentals & Trails, Private Beach Access, 3 Top Golf Courses, Kayaking and Canoeing, Major Tennis and Pickleball Center, Restaurants, Corner Store along with central location to Island.

Quartz counter bar with seating for 4.
Palmetto Dunes Resort offers one of the States best Tennis & Pickleball Facilities, Bike & Kayak Rentals, Bike Paths, Private Beach Access, 3 Championship Golf Courses, various Restaurants, General Store and so much more.

Located in the Queens Grant community, this villa offers excellent access to the best of the Palmetto Dunes amenities! Walk 0.8 miles to the sugar-white sand at the resort beach. Travel 1 mile to the Shelter Cove Marina to rent a boat and explore the resort’s 11-mile lagoon system. Golfers will appreciate having access to the three professional-grade courses, which include Robert Trent Jones (0.7 miles), George Fazio (0.9 miles), and Arthur Hills (2.5 miles). Voted the top tennis resort in the Carolinas, you can play like a pro at the tennis center, located 0.7 miles from your door.

If we discover that other animals, such as cats, were in the property, a damage claim up to $200.00 could be added. We also ask that dogs be kept off the beds.
