This special place is a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to everything in Coligny Plaza making it easy to plan your visit. The pool at this property does not have a heater, but is open year-round.

Newly Renovated One Bedroom Forest Beach Villas | Just a 5-Minute Walk to the Beach. The parking garage is 6’9” high for vehicles. More parking is available outside or the building. 502 is a private one bedroom, one bath flat. Take the elevator from the parking garage to the fourth floor. Once inside the common door, take the a few steps up to 502This condo requires steps as pictured to access the unit from the fourth and use steps to 502. The bathroom door must remain open when using the dryer and the water reservoir but be emptied after each use.

502 Forest Beach Villas is unique, cozy and spacious for 580 square feet. A beautifully remodeled top floor unit, this villa is located on the 4th floor via elevator then a few steps up to the condo and provides guests with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean from the windows overlooking the parking lot.

When entering the villa to the immediate left is a fully equipped kitchen which has new counter tops, new appliances, tile floors, and plenty of counter space. The dining area, located just outside the kitchen, features a round top table for four and comfortable seating.

The spacious living room features a brand-new sleeper sofa and loveseat, perfect for curling up with your favorite book, or peering out at the fantastic sunshine. Off the living room to the right is the master bedroom, with king size bed, Smart TV, and private bath with a new stackable washer and dryer inside, and new walk-in shower with tile and glass doors.

Hilton Head beach-oriented rentals such as this one provides guests with everything they need. Guests will certainly enjoy this little piece of paradise nestled between beautiful vegetation, and the Atlantic Ocean.
