The space
The home features two spacious bedrooms with fitted closets, comfortably accommodating a small family or up to four guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy double bed, making the layout practical for couples, friends, or a small family.

Upstairs, you’ll find two full bathrooms, including the en-suite master bathroom, while an additional guest bathroom downstairs adds extra convenience for everyone during the stay.

The bright, airy living area is filled with natural light, making it ideal for both relaxing and working. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Located near the Aburi hills, you’re just minutes from Oyarifa Mall, Peduase Valley Resort, Aburi Botanical Gardens, hiking trails, waterfalls, zip-lining at We-Ape Adventure Park, and scenic hilltop views.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the master bedroom (ensuite), a guest bedroom with its bathroom upstairs, the living room, kitchen, powder room and outdoor areas. One additional bedroom upstairs is not included and will remain locked. The home is not shared.

The home does not have backup power. In the rare event of an outage, the community’s common areas remain powered by a backup generator.
