Walk to KU Med. All updated and in a great location! walkable to many restaurants, hospitals and bars. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath bottom unit with 2 queen beds. There is a front porch & nice private deck in the back. A laundry center is yours to use. This has everything you need to make yourself at home for a month or more. Parking is first come first serve w/ the tenant upstairs, one spot is available in the driveway but plenty of free street parking. Each unit has its own private entry.

Dante and I grew up here and know a lot about KC. We have 4 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 4 ducks & 20 chickens to complete our family.
