This immaculate three-story home is perfectly situated in downtown Moncton.
One block off St George, A main hub for dining and shopping. 3 blocks from Main Street,
Close to both hospitals and a short 15min walk
to the Avenir Centre.
The home is full of character, modern updates, and all that you will need to enjoy your stay.
For the comfort of our guests; all doors & windows were upgraded in the winter of 2022, & a mini split installed Aug 2025.

The space
** Home of the filming of Notre Dame De Moncton, the feature film opening the FICFA Festival 2022 **
The main level of the home hosts a bright and sunny living room, large TV, a beautiful classic dining room to seat all 8 guests, a full bath with laundry facilities and a very well-stocked kitchen - we love to cook & insure that you will have all you need to prepare a home cooked meal.
Three spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a full bath and a dedicated office space.
The fourth bedroom is located on the third level of the home, hosted in a unique and well crafted natural wood open concept loft space, with a king bed and double futon.
You'll be sleeping on a comfy mattress, locally-custom made, and soft bamboo sheets.

Our cleaning team uses only environmentally friendly and hypo-allergenic cleaning supplies insuring your safety and that of our environment.

For stays longer than a week, we provide a starter pack of all consumables which will last approximately 1 week. After that you will be responsible for restocking for your own use.

Guest access
There’s plenty of parking adjacent to the home, shared with the guests staying in the one bedroom studio at the rear of the property.
The backyard, open patio, and barbecue facilities are shared with the guests in the studio when occupied.

Other things to note
All bedrooms are on the second or third level of the home, one of the full baths is on the second level of the home. All guests we’ll need to climb stairs.

Your hosts are invested in making your stay the best possible. No request is too big or too small, will will accommodate as best possible.
