we offer a private room to rent with a shared full bathroom this room has a full-size bed, a dresser and closet space, a chair, lamp and vanity.
Located by 2 rivers and only 20-minute drive from the Kinzua Reservoir there are kayak and canoe rentals.
Abundant hiking trials, including Rim Rock, biking trails and a handful of great restaurants, all nearby. we have a second room on a second listing in the same home
The space
Guests will share the Main entry with the hosts that opens to the foyer, where the staircase to the second level guest rooms and a shared bathroom are located. (guest rooms are rented separately please see our second listing if you would like to rent room 2 as air bnb only allows one listing per room.)It is the same home.
As you approach the top of the landing turn right then the short hallway to your left. The two guest rooms and bathroom are at the end of the hall behind the glass pain door facing you.
There is a second entrance in the back of the home that has a wheelchair ramp, this entry opens to the Kitchen; and leads to a second staircase that is equipped with a Stairlift for guests with limited mobility.
Guest access
There is private parking on site. When you pull into driveway, please park in front of garages to the left.
Guests will have access to the Living room, Dining room, T.V. Room, Parlors, Front porch and Back yard.
