This is our cherished vacation home, where we love to hang out with friends and family. We have set it up for extended work/study from home, with a 150 MBPS wifi on a mesh network. Hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do.
The space
This is a beautiful, sun-kissed and palm shaded 3 Bedroom villa, our quaint holiday home where we spend a lot of time working and attending classes from home, while living the Goa life. So, we have set it up with a fully-functional kitchen, with all kinds of pots and pans, as well as a mesh-networked Wi-Fi which enables a strong signal on all floors of the house. We have study-tables and chairs in all 3 bedrooms, with strategically-placed, numerous plug points to ensure you are never out of battery or network.
Location:
The villa is located in the peaceful, idyllic village of Fatrade, where we have taken beautiful morning walks through multitude of flowers, fruit trees, and a bakery selling freshly baked pão right out of the oven, while the kids have loved everything from running to the beach to hanging from the old Banyan branches, Tarzan style.
Fatrade beach is roughly 750 m away.. it is a lovely golden sand beach, and is one of the cleanest and quietest beaches of Goa. The Caravela beach resort is about 1 km to the left and Zuari similarly to the right. This means that there is easy access to water sports like parasailing and jet-skiing. There are beach shacks and restaurants nearby. A rather well stocked wine shop and daily needs shops (that also rents scooties and car) are within 200 meter radius of the property - essentially everything you will need to chill.

Society swimming pool
The pool is shared across all villas in the society, and like any good pool, goes on periodic maintenance. We try our best to update our guests if the pool is not operational during their visit, but sometimes, like at our own homes, sudden things happen, and the pool needs to be closed at a moment's notice. We appreciate your understanding in such a case.
Guest car and two-wheeler parking is just outside the main gate.
Other things to note
There are 3 bed-rooms in the villa - one each on the ground, first and second floors. The 2 bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms on the ground and first floor. Second floor bedroom is a loft room, with partially sloping ceiling, and access via a metal staircase. (Please check out the pictures for more details).
Housekeeping (floor sweeping, mopping, washing of utensils) is done once every day, except Sunday and special days like Christmas Day - there are no extra charges.
Towels, sheets, pillow covers and duvet covers are changed every 3 days.
The villa has an inverter to provide power backup in case of a power outage.
The kitchen has sufficient crockery and cutlery to cater for 6 people. There is plenty of cookware, including sauce pans, frying pans, stainless steel pateela, kadhai and pressure cooker. The kitchen also has all basic appliances, wiz. a Bullet mixer and grinder, an electric kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven. Also, there is an RO water purifier. There are also some storage jars and a spice box to make it easier to manage groceries.
