- This 20-square-meter studio on the 40th floor includes a double bed, a pull-out floor mattress, and a sofa bed, suitable for small families or groups.
Guests can prepare light meals using the induction stove, rice cooker, kettle, and basic cookware provided.
Reminders:
- Cooking fresh or dried fish is not allowed to prevent strong odors.
- Smoking inside the unit or bathroom is not allowed. A smoking area is available on the 8th floor.
Amenities included:
- Shampoo, body wash, and dental kit
- Extra blankets and towels upon request
Guest Access
- Guests may use the swimming pool for an additional fee, payable directly to the building administration upon entry.
- Please note that the gym and game room are exclusive for unit owners and not open to guests.
- If you plan to use other building facilities, kindly check with us in advance.
- Check-in details will be sent once your booking is confirmed.
Other Things to Note
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out: ₱200 per hour, subject to room availability. Please message us first.
- Cleaning Fee: Covers cleaning after check-out only.
- Internet: Service interruptions may occur due to provider issues beyond our control.
- Damages: Any damage caused during your stay must be settled before check-out.
- Luggage Policy: The building lobby cannot store luggage or packages.
- Laundry: A nearby laundry shop charges around ₱190 for 6 kilos. A self-service laundry is also within walking distance. Please bring your own detergent and fabric conditioner.
