1. A 500 sqm. BEACHFRONT PRIVATE RESORT with own access. Safe and secured premises.
2. Five (5) Aircon Rooms with and Toilet & Bath. Good for up to 30 persons.
3. Shaded Swimming Pool with mini poolside area (table and chair).
4. Indoor Kitchen and Outdoor Grilling Area with basic utensils & cookwares.
5. Mini Function Room for your celebrations or meetings.
6. Parking areas can fit up to 4 vehicles inside the resort (2 outside).
7. Internet (or WiFi) is available. Videoke is allowed but outsourced with add-on fees.
8. Re-connect with your loved ones with our bonfire by the beach (upon request).
9. Lastly, you may bring your furry friends because PETS ARE VERY WELCOME. ☺️

Hello! Here are few reminders to get the best experience at 3 Waves Beach Resort:
1. We highly recommend that you drop-by the Binmaley Public Market to get food that you'll be cooking and for toiletries because we are a 15-min drive away from the "bayan".
2. Kindly bring your OWN toiletries and bath towels. We have no toiletries and very limited towels in the resort.
3. Our videoke is outsourced and has a minimal fee of 800 (big and movable) per night (or for 21 hours).
4. Also, videoke and loud music is strictly allowed until 10 PM only. This is in accordance with local brgy ordinance and to respect our neighbors as well.
5. If in cases that the swimming pool accomodated heavy dirt due to improper usage (e.g. not showering, mild contaminants etc.), swmming hours is recommended until 10 PM only and recommended to resume by 7 AM to allow proper cleaning. This is because pool pump or filters are turned off during these hours.
6. The beach is almost exclusive for you and you can go even in the evening to relax by the shore. However for your safety, swimming is until there is daylight only (mostly 6 PM).
7. We also have a minimal fee of 250 for 1 stack of wood for bonfire. Kindly give the payment directly to caretaker on-duty or staff, it's our small way of giving them chance to earn a bit extra because they collect the wood to be used for the bonfire as well.
8. Commodities and other services are available in the resort (or for delivery) for your convenience, such as:
a. Mineral Water - 25 per container
b. Purified Tube Ice - 300 per sack (30 kgs)
c. "Pabili" and other assistance service - subject for agreement with our staff
d. Charcoal, rice, drinks, etc. - varies and subject for availability
9. Should you wish to arrive early and/or stay longer, we have a fee for Early Check-in or Late Check-out of 10% of your Total Package Cost (a fraction of an hour is counted as 1 hour). This is also subject for availability and is not guaranteed.
10. Since this is a private resort, YOUR SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. We have no lifeguards and/or no security guards. Kindly be mindful of your personal belongings and your companions especially kids. There are life jackets in the resort avaialble and/or bring your own floaters when swimming.
11. Any damages or loss in the property of the resort due to improper use or accident caused by the guests shall be charged accordingly.
12. Lastly and we sincerely hope this will not happen (please), any FORM OF GRAVE CONTAMINATION shall be subject for HEAVY charges, such as:
Pool - contamination thru feces, soap, oil and other chemicals incurs a penalty of Php 20,000
Beds - contamination thru urination, vomiting, pouring of chemicals incurs a penalty of Php 5,000 each bed

1. How far is the beach?
Very very near! We are literally beachfront, upon exit of the gate on the seaside you'll be welcomed by the shores of Binmaley Beach. ☺️
2. Is the resort pet-friendly?
Yes, your pets are very welcome! ☺️ On the other hand, kindly refrain pets to stay inside the Aircon Rooms.
3. Does the swimming pool have a heater?
Our swimming pool and our shower inside the bathrooms has NO heater. :)
4. Does your WiFi have strong signal or connection?
Yes, but signal reliability is beyond our control. Also, mobile reception for calls and data are weak.
5. We have Senior Citizens and PWDs with us, do they have a discount?
These are packages already hence, SC and PWD discount does not apply. On the other hand, toddlers (kids below 4 years old) are exempted from the head count. ☺️
6. Is there a restaurant where we can order food during our stay?
We don't have a restaurant, cooked meals or cooks in the resort. We DON'T HAVE ANY CORKAGE fees for food and drinks, so you may bring everything you need. ☺️
7. Are the rooms and beach accessible for Senior Citizens and PWDs?
The rooms are easily accessible. The swimming pool is a bit elevated (3 steps stairs) and going to the beach as well (5 steps stairs). There are no ramps yet for wheelchair or strollers.
8. Is the resort still under construction?
Blessed enough, we have an opportunity and on-going expansion phase on 2nd floor. Thanks to our previous guests who supported our humble resort. ☺️
Currently, only the 1st floor is our offer. All the rooms and the amenities is fully furnished. Rest assured, the expansion phase will not affect the fun and the comfort of your stay in the resort. ☺️
9. In case of brownout, do you have a generator?
Yes but it is a small generator only and outlets will be provided enough to power electric fans and chargers, not aircon units.
We highly recommend to bring your own emergency power sources and appliances (if any).
