Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Fox Den is a basement suite with its own private access and parking located only 1 mile from Iroquois Lake. The 1800 sqft walkout basement offers a view of the beautiful sunrise over the lake every morning. Public lake access and beach are 1 mile away, a very short drive or a leisurely and scenic walk away.
If you're up for a drive we have, within 15 miles, 3 regional parks, 5 public beaches, 2 greenhouses and 3 golf courses.

The space
The kitchen/dining/living room area is a spacious open concept. The 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry access are down the hall. With 1800 sqft of living space, this suite is able to accommodate large groups and families comfortably.

Guest access
Only the doors accessing upstairs, the furnace room and the utility room will be locked.

Other things to note
Our basement suite has private access and parking. Located only 1 mile from Iroquois Lake, the suite offers a view of the sunrise over the lake every morning and on a clear day, a view of the moon rising over the lake in the evening (I swear, this is a stunning view).

We are ideally situated for any season.

Winter (sledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing & ice fishing)
Summer (boating, fishing, hiking, golfing, mini putt)
Spring (quiet & cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city)
- We have plenty of room for quad/boat/sled trailers and the use of ATVs is allowed to enter and leave the property to access public roads or sled trails.

Public lake access to the beach, boat dock and groomed skido trails are 1 mile away.
Within 15 miles, we have 3 regional parks, 5 public beaches, 2 greenhouses and 3 golf courses
