Neighborhood highlights

Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. Inside Legacy Villas everyone is relaxing on vacation and there for a good time. Outside the gates is much the same, very safe to take a stroll over to La Quinta Resort for a little shopping and coffee, or a jog to old town La Quinta and Fitz Park with the kids. Don't have a pickle ball partner, head down to Fitz park and make a friend. Like to paint of cook check out a few classes as the Artisan Studio in Old town or at Cooking with Class. There is also a lot of hiking trails near by, short and long.
Always something for everyone in La Quinta!

I am a small town country girl. My family and I live in a small community in northern Saskatchewan (Canada). My background is in education. I was a Educational assistant and then ran a pre-school for a few years until having children of my own. I was lucky enough to stay home with them for about 5 years and then looked for a new career. My husband and his brother have a number of rental properties and were looking for a new manager. I jumped at the chance to try something new, here we are 10 years, many more properties later, I am still loving being a property manager. Even though I live far away from California I am lucky enough to visit quite often and to have an amazing manager who looks after all the villas needs when I cannot be there. My family and I love the outdoors, lakes, beaches and oceans. We like the performing arts, sporting and music events. One of our favorite places to visit is Vancouver Island. We love to travel!!
