Family vacation rental on the shores of Buffalo Lake. Our cozy cabin is the perfect spot for families & groups who want to escape the city & enjoy a relaxing holiday close to nature. With 4 seasons of lakeside fun; you can enjoy boating, fishing, beach days, hunting (206), cozy holiday gatherings, ice fishing, skating, & sledding.

We have plenty of space - extra tables for quilting, sewing retreats & book club getaways can be provided, let us know what your group needs!

The space
358 sleeps 12 (with additional spaces for young kids and infants) & is well-stocked with amenities for the lake including; a sleep menu, a cozy wood stove, central A/C and both a BBQ and a Traeger smoker.

The main floor features an open living space with the kitchen, dining and living room. Just off the dining area is the primary bedroom (queen bed) and an ensuite. Laundry and a 1/2 bathroom are also located on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked, including a drip coffee machine and an air fryer.

Coming upstairs you will walk into the kids loft and lounge space and a lovely view of the living area open to below. Two bedrooms are just past the loft space, one queen room with a half ensuite. And finally the upper bunk room - two twins and a double bed and one full bathroom (tub/shower unit).

Downstairs you have a hang out space with a ping pong table, hockey table, and a large TV. One large shared bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower unit. The bunk room has two twin beds and a double bed on the top. just across the hall is the final queen bedroom with a very large closet.

Outside features a large fire pit (wood available for a fee) and plenty of room for outdoor play. The deck has a large outdoor dining table and 12 chairs, Roasting sticks are available in the sunroom. Lovely new trees were planted in the fall of ‘24.

Other things to note
The closest beach is only a few minutes walk away and the route there is entirely paved so feel free to bring your bikes and scooters. Additional beaches are not much further so please explore them all - bring along your fav beach toys!

Bringing a boat? Please let us know so we can go through the launch and dock details.

Enjoy the lakefront path for morning and evening strolls.

Toss in the binoculars, the area is well populated with a variety of birds and wildlife. Keep your eye out for pelicans, eagles, swans, deer, herons and a whole bunch more!

There are 6 golf courses within 30mins of the house. Please send us a note and we can provide a list and contact info.

Hunters - please send us a message on crown/DU land options.

One RV/motorhome/camper (one family) may be permitted as an extra during your stay at a rate of $35/night. Please let us know in your booking or inquiry if you would like to add this extra and how many people.

Our cabin caters to family vacations - Please read the house rules on events - no parties are permitted.
