Luxury 6 person condo with private hot tub and chef’s kitchen. True ski in/ski out. Located in Sun Peaks, BC, Canada’s 2nd largest ski resort, walking distance to village. 34SX is a luxury condo with all the amenities needed for you, your friends, and family to have an amazing vacation. Large deck with private, eight person, hot tub. 2 underground parking stalls and secure bike storage. Outdoor ski / board storage closet. The space
Deck railing surrounds the private, 8 person hot tub that backs onto green space where there are very few passers-by. The trees protect those in the hot tub from much of the wind that can spoil an otherwise relaxing soak on a cold night. 34SX gives you great privacy while you are soaking.

Whether you are serving 2 or 10, you’ll enjoy prepping on the spacious granite countertop and cooking with high-end stainless steel appliances. Induction cooktop range with double oven, filtered water and icemaker in the refrigerator. Vitamix blender, and a soda stream machine are just some of the features in our chefs kitchen.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with heated mattress pad. Second bedroom has queen sized bunkbeds, and the living room has a pullout couch with a Tempur-pedic mattress (no springs or bars)

True ski in/out. Walk about 40 steps before putting your skis on and ski back to the same spot. There’s also a private lockable ski locker just outside your front door.

Two heated, underground, secure, parking spaces available for your use.

Two private bike racks located in the secure, parking garage. Each rack can store two bikes. Please bring your own lock!
