Newly updated, plenty of sleeping for up to 12. Fully equipped kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops.
Beach theme one side, Safari the other. Many local & family-owned eateries from fancy bar food & yummy Italian.

Both entire units, the driveways in front of the garages, the front yard are yours to enjoy!

The closets by the front doors are not for the guests to access.

Post mail or parcel deliveries are STRICTLY prohibited. We encourage you to direct your mail and parcels to the nearest USPS office or parcel company. We will NOT be able to deliver any packages or mail you might receive.
For stays longer than 3 to 4 weeks, we will require our cleaners to do a light clean up about every 3 weeks, usually 2 hrs, at $30 per hour. More often - or less - depending on their report. Full bathroom cleaning, linen swap, and sweep and mop.
