This family cabin is spacious and cozy for you to be close to everything the Sierra Nevada's have to offer. Just a 20 minute drive from Pinecrest Lake in the Summer and Dodge Ridge ski resort in the winter, drive right up to our cabins off HWY 108. The large cabin features 3b/2baths with 7 beds to sleep up to 13 guests, the smaller cabin has 2b/1bath with 4 beds to sleep 7. Included is a game room, sauna, spas, steam shower, outdoor basketball hoop, and dining outside with propane BBQ & fire-pit

The space
The game room has a pool table, dart board, corn hole, basketball shooting game, 65” tv, Bluetooth speaker sound bar with powered subwoofer, couches, mini fridge, microwave, ice maker, full bathroom with large oversized shower. Behind the houses is a large paved area the size of a tennis ball court where a basketball hoop and tether ball or just space to play kickball or catch is possible or to go sledding in the winter.

Guest access
There is a lockbox at each house with keys in each one.

Other things to note
The houses are located on the same property, and are about 100’ apart separated by the game room in the middle of them. There is a large circular driveway for ample parking, the driveway is gated and fenced, wood burning fire places in both houses ( WOOD NOT PROVIDED )

Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am. Please be considerate of neighbors and local sound ordinance.

Parties of more than the booked guest amount are not allowed. Please be respectful of our space and clean up after yourself. If additional cleaning is required or damages made, you will be charged extra to cover the costs.
This is our family cabin- please take care of it as if it was your own!

***In the winter months, we can have inclement weather, and some amenities may not be easily accessible( ie. HOT TUB , SAUNA, BBQ, FIREPIT ) due to the amount of snow . If you would like the host to shovel the paths to those, please let us know ahead of time . CHARGE IS $100. There are shovels on the property if you would like to do it yourself.

NOTE: We are not a hotel. If evening messages come in we may not see them until morning. We do our best to troubleshoot for you. We are local residents and have day jobs and families to take care of. Please be understanding if we don’t have all the answers.
