1 -10 liter bottle of water, will be provided per 7 days, additional water can be arranged for $5 per 10 liters.

ELECTRICITY:
An allocation of 10 tokens per day on average is provided, usage above this will be charged at a rate of $1 per token. This is more then enough to use all appliances comfortably. To ensure you do not over use the allocation turn the water heater off while not in use.

CLEANING:
During your stay we provide 3 apartment cleanings per 7 days. Additional cleanings can be arranged at $10 per cleaning. Cleanings are every other day, but can be scheduled to your preference.

TOILETRIES:
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, 1 shave kit, 2 toothbrushes, anything more then that you will have to provide for yourself.

LINENS:
We provide towels, hand towels, and beddings. They will be changed 2 times per 7 days.

COFFEE, TEA, & SPICES:
We provide you with, instant coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil.

DAMAGES:
Please report damages as they occur, you will be charged for replacements, receipts will be provided upon request.
