New and spacious with private entry, private patio is with a BBQ, a fire pit, A complete hot water bathroom outside with shower in addition to the in unit one both for guests use. or can accommodate two guests to get ready at the same time. The AC in this unit is ice cold. washer and dryer shared on premises but free for use. Safe, Secure, quiet and clean.
