Built in the late 1800s, this charming apartment is newly renovated and centrally located in downtown Clarksville (Virginia's only lakefront town!). Styled in a modern cottage inspired design, this home is cozy and functional. Featuring a spacious kitchen, primary bedroom with en-suite, workspaces, and porch overlooking Virginia Avenue, this space is the perfect option for a weekend away or an extended stay.

In less than five minutes, you can walk to the Clarksville Municipal Dock. The dock has 20 complimentary day-use slips and is an access point for the Southern Virginia Wild Blueway.

✩ If we can schedule a time to do yoga while on a trip, we're definitely doing it. Jaya Yoga is located in Clarksville and offers a holistic approach to the practice, ranging from gentle to a more challenging Hatha flow. All classes incorporate breathing (Pranayama), poses (Asanas), deep relaxation (yoga Nidra) & meditation. In addition to yoga, Jaya can provide deep relaxation, meditation, and more. Jaya offers private and group classes across a number of venues in addition to private, on location sessions. Guest access
Guests can independently access the house at anytime during their stay with a code. The code will be provided within 24 hours of the booking date.

Other things to note
Please note that climbing exterior stairs is required. The apartment is located upstairs of the building and guests must climb the exterior staircase in order to access the apartment.
