Guest access

Access to Galeria das Flores is open until 10:00 PM. After that time, you can enter the building normally using the key provided at check-in.

If you order food delivery, delivery drivers have access only to the entrance of Galeria das Flores. You will need to go downstairs to collect your order.

Important: The garage entrance accommodates vehicles up to 2.10 m (6 ft 11 in) in height and 4.00 m (13 ft 1 in) in length.
