The space
Interior:
The area of the house is 42 sqm, with all comforts (separate toilet and bathroom), kitchenette. The kitchenette is small but well equipped for simple meals.
The room has a double bed for adults (160*200 cm) and two sofa beds for children (90*200 cm). For this reason, we recommend it for couples or families with small children. The house is air-conditioned, heated. There's Wi-Fi, no TV. Baby equipment is provided (crib, bathtub, high chair).
Outdoors:
you can park next to the house for free. The huge terrace has sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables. There are many shops, markets, restaurants in the area and good infrastructure (doctor's office, pharmacy). The shore of Lake Balaton, with a high-quality beach, is about 10 minutes by car.

The entire guest house is yours. There are no other guests.
You can use the house, the terrace, the parking lot in its entirety.

We are a couple from Hungary looking for a seaside retreat in Italy that could serve as a steady basis March and October trips in years to come. As it happens, we also rent out a small house on AirBnB. We would like to get to know your fabulous place in person in October. Before that, could you show us a layout plan of the place?
