Entire Space: You have full, private access to the entire apartment and the terrace. Make yourself at home!
Secure Self Check-in: The building features controlled access, and your arrival process is completely autonomous and seamless:
Building Entrance: You will find a secure key lockbox at the main entrance of the building. We will provide you with the code to access it.
Elevator: Take the elevator up to the 5th floor.
Apartment Door: The apartment is equipped with a modern smart lock. You will receive a unique access code to unlock the door.
Note: All detailed self check-in instructions and access codes will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
🅿️ Parking: As the apartment is located in the top center of Sofia, street parking is subject to paid city zones (Green zone). However, there are paid public parking lots nearby, including the secure parking at Mall of Sofia, just a few steps away.
🧠 Smart Home System: Our Loxone automation is very intuitive, but we will provide a simple digital guide to help you control the lighting and climate effortlessly.
🤫 Quiet Hours: We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors and observe the standard quiet hours in Bulgaria: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🚭 No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking inside the apartment and hosting parties/events are strictly prohibited to maintain the high quality of the space. (Smoking is allowed only on the terrace).
💼 Business Travelers: If you are traveling for work, please let us know if you require a company invoice for your stay.
📷 Security Camera: Please note that for your safety and security, there is an outdoor video surveillance camera covering the entrance door of the apartment.
