The "18 P" is a 40 square meter apartment that can accommodate 2 people. Located in a nice neighborhood in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence. Bright, quiet with beautiful volumes. The space
This apartment is a subtle balance between the charm of the old and a quality contemporary layout. We've done our best to make you feel at home.
 
Ideally located on the 2nd floor of an old building in the highly appreciated historic heart, follow the guide:
 
· The entrance leads to an equipped kitchen and opens onto a bright living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, washing machine. An iron and ironing board are available in the hall closet. 
· The living room is spacious with two large windows (double glazed) and a high ceiling, a period fireplace. Guests can relax on the 3-seater sofa while watching their favorite shows or series on the large 4K TV. A BOSE Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite music. On the floor, old floor tiles.
· The bedroom is separated by a beautiful workshop-style canopy. A queen-size bed (160 x 200) with mattress and bed frame. Storage closet and wardrobe.  On the floor, solid oak parquet.
· The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, walk-in shower, hair dryer and storage. On the floor, contemporary tiles.
