The "18 P" is a 40 square meter apartment that can accommodate 2 people. Located in a nice neighborhood in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence. Bright, quiet with beautiful volumes. · The living room is spacious with its two large windows (double glazing), a nice ceiling height, and a period fireplace. You can relax on the 3-seat sofa while watching your favorite shows or series on a large 4K TV. A BOSE Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite music. On the floor, antique tiles.
· The bedroom is separated by a beautiful studio-style glass partition. A queen-size bed (160 x 200) with a mattress and box spring. Storage closet and clothes-hanging cupboard. Solid oak flooring.
· The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, with a walk-in shower, hair dryer and storage. On the floor, contemporary tiling.
