Vacation on the farm!

You will stay in a wonderfully open and spacious loft that used to be the hayloft above the horse stable.
On the lower floor of the building is our small farm café, which is only open on weekends.
From there, a staircase leads to the loft.
The living level is about 65 square meters, an open sleeping level can be reached via another staircase!

The space
In the midst of the hectic and noisy world, you can completely immerse yourself here and enjoy the flair of days gone by without sacrificing modern comforts.
The loft is located in one of the four buildings of our farm complex. The HOF1 is a German cultural monument and has been renovated energy-efficiently with high-quality ecological materials
In the morning you will be awakened by the cheerful “Iiiiaaah” of our donkeys.
You will stay in a friendly, bright and cozy place and are cordially invited to be a part of our farm life.
We also have a well-functioning Wi-Fi available!

Guest access
The spacious courtyard is our meeting place. There we often eat, talk, play and rest. The magnet is our donkeys, who very much like to spend time in their area of the yard with us. From here we also start our (bookable) donkey hikes in the fairytale castle forest.

Other things to note
The loft is perfectly suited for 2 people or for parents who like to have their children close to them. Of course, an open loft does not offer privacy.

Neighborhood highlights

Our village is about 13 kilometers from Marburg. The medieval city center of Marburg is beautiful and really worth a visit!
There are no shops in the village. The closest supermarket is 5 km away.
On Saturdays, however, the baker's van stops in front of the courtyard gate in the morning…😉
