Spacious and bright upstairs apartment on the main street of historic Philipsburg, MT. Two blocks to the award-winning brewery, Sweet Palace candy store, Miss Bee's coffee shop and deli (new, 2 doors down the street) and many cute stores, bars and restaurants. Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Area are short drives away.

The space
I affectionately named this place the 180 Loft because it is located at the end of the paved portion of Broadway and this seems to be where travelers like to make the U-turn after driving through town. It makes for great people watching from the sunny deck.

The apartment is the entire top floor of a 4-plex. The twin bedroom is up the stairs in a loft type setting (no door / STEEP stairs). There are three long term, quiet renters in the downstairs units. I ask that you please be respectful of them and avoid being too loud at night. The building is old but has been updated through the years. There is a certain quirkiness about the space which I've tried to reflect in the pictures, but all plumbing and electrical is modern and very functional.

There is a new smart TV for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc with your own password. Kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook and dine in. Living room art is courtesy of local photographer Craig Hergert.

Please note the stairs to the loft twin bedroom are steep - not suitable for young kids. There is a baby gate available to block them off if needed.
