Welcome to The Cherry, a single family home at a quiet corner in the desirable community of Nolan Hill NW.
Over 2300 SQF with tons of upgrades, this home was presented as former pacesetter home of the year with following features:
-Open living, dining and fully equipped Chef's kitchen with high end built-in SS appliances, quartz countertops, wine fridge and huge pantry
-King size master BDR with ensuite bathtub, shower and walk in closet
-2 Queen BDR plus main bath
-WFH Office den
The space
You will have the entire indoor space all by yourself to enjoy. It is over 2300 sq feet including main floor and second floor with central AC and heating system.
Parking you may parking your vehicle on rightside of driveway(driveway length 36 ft which is suitable for rv camper)
street park allowed but don't park 5 meters within the fire hydrant
You may also step out to the deck attached to dining area. Continue following the stairs down, you may arrive at the west patio space where we have placed a dining table and 4 patio chairs. You may fully access the deck and patio to dine and hang out which is shown in the photo.
To Note, our small family of 3 adults and a husky dog are currently living at the lower suite level. We completly respect your privacy ando activity. The husky dog likes to hang out in the grass area which is fully fenced and off limit to the guests.
You will also enjoy the following features

-60inch TV in the bonus room area on second floor
-Fibre speedy Wifi is provided
-15 min to Airport
-90 min to Banff National Park
