Enjoy views of Plymouth Harbor from a renovated 1900 Victorian home under 1 mile from downtown. This apartment is 1400 sf and spans 3 floors. It is perfect for 4-8 people and can accommodate up to 10. Close to everything, but tucked in a private setting. No Shared space, each of the 3 apartments has its own locked entrance.

This Victorian home has 3 separate apartments, 1620 Seaview is Unit #1 and is over 1400 Sqft . It includes the left side of the home and the entire 3rd floor - See photo with layout of the house. There is a spacious patio out back with a firepit, table and sitting area that is for unit #1 only. 1620 Seaview is perfect for 6-8 guests, but can sleep up to 10. (Note that base price is for up to 6 guests)

* Trundle bed (2 singles) in loft on 3rd floor

Apartment #1 is the entire left side of the home and the entire 3rd floor. Back Patio is for Apartment #1 use. Driveway and front of house is shared space. There are no shared living areas. Inside the front door there are 3 separate locked entrances to each apartment.

Other things to note
The Town of Plymouth enforces a Good Neighbor policy for all Short Term Rentals, no parties allowed and quiet hours after 10pm.

**Names of all guests over 18 must be provided. Please add them to your reservation.

Standard price is for up to 6 guests, we can accommodate up to 10 guests with a small additional fee per person over the 6.
