The space
1606 is a modern and spacious apartment on the 16th floor. With a stroll to the famous white sands of Surfers Paradise, and a short walk or a tram ride to local eateries, attractions, and night-life, this property on the cusp of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise is all about location.

Apartment Details:
- A fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining for those home cooked meals.
- Large living room with smart TV, a selection of family favourite DVD'S and free WiFi for streaming/working away.
- 3 bedrooms: a master room with en-suite bathroom featuring large windows bringing in the ocean breeze and views, second guest room with a queen size bed, and kids retreat with double bunk bed, including a single roll out trundle and travel cot available on request.
- Fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer (detergent provided).
- Second bathroom features full size bath tub, shower and toilet with all basic amenities provided for a seamless stay.
- Balcony and master feature sweeping 180° views from the Nerang River to the Surfers beachfront.
- Warmed outdoor pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
- Private outdoor BBQ and seating areas surrounded by lush greenery with a children's playground, swings and room to run around.

Early check in and late checkouts may be accommodated upon your request, subject to availability. During peak times and weekends, an additional fee for these requests may be incurred.

Other things to note
Upon check-in you will be provided with 2 sets of keys. Each includes a fob which is required for building and elevator access, and a key to the apartment door. Loss or theft of these keys will incur a $100 fee (per set) which will be charged to you if the key is not recovered immediately upon check out.

Pets are by application only and a small fee per stay will be charged.
- Pets are not permitted on the lounge or beds.
- Pets must be toilet trained.
- Guests should supply their own crate, bowls, food, etc, if travelling with their pet as these are not available in the apartment.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool and outdoor dining area as per Body Corporate laws.

No liability is accepted for amenities that are unavailable or out of order during your stay. Whilst every effort is made to provide a seamless stay, from time to time there will be factors outside of our control that occur. No redress will be provided in these circumstances.
