The apartment, however, is equipped with high-quality soundproof windows, designed to block up to 99% of external noise when properly closed and locked, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed rest day and night.
If you are particularly sensitive to sound, please note that Dubai Marina is a lively neighborhood — ideal for those who love to feel the vibrant pulse of the city.
However, if you are extremely sensitive to noise, you might prefer quieter areas away from the city center.

Cleaning is performed before your arrival to ensure a spotless environment, but daily or mid-stay cleaning is not included during your stay.

- Check-out: strictly by 11:00 AM. Any unauthorized late departure may incur a penalty, as stated in our community rules.

🌞 Hot Water Notice (May to September)
From May to September, during the hottest hours of the day, the cold-water line may feel warm due to Dubai’s climate and rooftop tanks exposed to direct sunlight.
This is a common condition across the city, not related to the apartment.
We recommend showering early morning or late evening for a more pleasant experience.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Fine: AED 2,000
Smoke detectors are installed — any violation will result in immediate suspension of the stay.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, where an ashtray is provided.
🔇 Respect Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Avoid loud TV, music, or gatherings that may disturb others.
Fine: AED 2,000
Any violation causing disturbance to the community will result in immediate stay suspension and police notification.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties or events are strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
Fine: AED 3,000
Any violation will result in immediate police notification and termination of the stay.
🚫 No Unregistered Guests
Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to enter the property.

Any violation or disturbance to the community will result in immediate stay suspension and police alert.
🐾 No Pets Allowed
Animals are not permitted inside the apartment.
Fine: AED 1,000 per day for each day of violation.
🧺 Balcony Use & Laundry
For safety reasons, do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony railings.
The drying rack is stored inside the wardrobe and can be used on the balcony for drying clothes.
💳 Access Cards
Each apartment is equipped with access cards for entry, pool, gym, and parking.
In case of loss or damage, a replacement fee of AED 1,000 per card will apply.
Please handle them with care and keep them with you at all times.
🕒 Check-out Policy & Cleaning
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fine of AED 400 per hour and may affect your guest rating.
✅ Standard cleaning after check-out is fully covered by us, but if the apartment requires deep cleaning due to misuse, smoke, or severe dirt, the extra cleaning cost will be charged to the guest.
Please close all doors and windows before leaving to prevent humidity and condensation caused by Dubai’s climate.
💥 Damages & Towels Policy
Please report any damages immediately so we can assist promptly.
Penalties will be charged based on repair or replacement value.
🧴 Do not use towels to remove makeup, tanning lotions, or permanent products.
A AED 60 fee per permanently stained towel will apply.
⚡ Switches & Buttons
Please do not touch any switches or buttons marked with a “DON’T TOUCH” label — they are reserved for technical or safety systems.

A Garbage Room is available on every floor.
Please dispose of your trash there for hygiene and building cleanliness.
