This upgraded luxury king bedroom condo has covered deck, is beachfront, oceanfront, with beach pools and restaurants, golf courses and is dog friendly! Your condo is 6 steps to private access of Pelican Beach via your own boardwalk over dunes and sea oats: a mere seconds to sand, surf, sun and dolphins. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 years old. The space
Your condo has a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin bed in an ottoman and a queen sized all night air mattress. Linens and limited bath and kitchen soaps are provided. Don't forget to bring your beach towels! Beach chairs and umbrellas are already on the deck with your patio furniture. Enjoy 270 degrees of windows and sliding glass doors facing the water. Enjoy tile and luxury vinyl, 2 smart TVs programmed for Netflix, Hulu and all local cable channels along with upgraded Wi-Fi with enhanced speed. The full kitchen includes Keurig and Mister Coffee machines, blender, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. Bathrooms have hair dryers and sets of towels.

Master bedroom has 1 King-size bed. All linens are provided. Smart TV with dedicated remote is available with subscriptions to Comcast/Xfinity and includes Netflix and Hulu. Box fan included in closet. Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee and Keurig machines, blender. Small washer/dryer available for non-sandy items. Starter soaps and paper towels are provided. Master bathroom has shower with tub, sink and toilet. Hall bathroom has shower with sink and toilet. All towel linens and starter soaps and toilet paper and hair dryers are provided. Living room has one Queen sofa bed. There is also a Queen sized all night electric air mattress. Smart TV with dedicated remote is available with subscriptions to Comcast/Xfinity and includes Netflix and Hulu. Dining room contains table and chairs for 4. All dishes and pots and pans are provided. HVAC controls are on dining room column. Open deck has awning. Deck also contains seating with table, umbrella and chairs for 4 people. 4 Beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella are provided. Always unlock sliding glass door when going to the beach and keep the deck door locked. Deck lock uses same code as front door.

Guest access
3 days before arrival and after forms are completed, you will receive the 1). emailed Guest Instructions with digital door codes and WI-FI password, 2). text from Amenity Card office with special lock box code for 24/7 access to cards and 3). text from Security office with Vehicle registration instructions for gate pass. All guests need Amenity Cards to access Seabrook Island's private club facilities including: beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, indoor heated pool, gym, 3 country club restaurants, marina, docks and shops, 2 golf courses, library, equestrian center and racket sports courts for tennis and pickleball. Daily use of the gym and indoor pool costs $15/day and discounted packages are available. The amenity card has a refundable $15 deposit. You are welcome to come at NOON to pick up cards, vehicle pass and go to pools, beach and restaurants on the day of your arrival. Your condo will be cleaned and digitally open by 4PM, and we will text you if it's ready sooner!

Other things to note
We accept dogs only under 35 lbs if they are on the acceptable breed list. Per pet fee is $175. Please send us a photo of your dog. Also bring linens to cover white furniture. $500 fee for dog hair, pet dander found on beds or furniture subject to cleaning service assessment only, no smoking allowed. $500 penalty is imposed by cleaning firm and their decision is final. Seabrook Island does not allow grilling on the deck or in the unit. Smokeless electric grill is provided.
