This is a waterfront home and there is a dock for you to use. Boats are forbidden to be left overnight as the lake tends to get rough at a moment's notice and you could potentially damage your boat or our dock (we will not be liable for any damage to your boat, use your own discretion, if dock is damaged you will be liable for the repairs or replacement as this is a brand new dock in which we have professionally installed and removed)
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs:
-Pots/Pans
-Cooking utensils
-Toaster
-Hand mixer
-Microwave
-Gas Stove
-Coffee Maker (Slow Drip Coffee Maker)
-Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses and silverware
-Baking pans
-Measuring cups and spoons
-Mixing bowls
No need to bring linens, all the beds come fully dressed with fresh clean bedding as well as towels (please bring towels for outside as we ask that you do not use our bath towels for outdoor use). You will be responsible for your own toilet paper, paper towels and personal hygiene items.
There is a game closet in the main living area for your use. Games are suitable for all ages (please be aware that some games may contain small pieces not suitable for young children, we are not liable for any choking hazards in which children were left unsupervised to play with toys not suitable in age, use your own discretion)
The outdoor area (Please note that the outdoor furniture will not be available during the months of November- May) comes equipped with a patio table and chairs on the upper deck, propane grill (there will be a propane tank onsite that you will need to fill - we do not fill the tanks). There is an outdoor firepit for your use - you will need to provide your own wood. All firepits will need to be extinguished when not in use. Please note that the boat house patio (has green concrete top) to the right of the property is our neighbors and not for our guests, please do not go on this space.
During the summer: there will be 2 kayaks to be used at our location only, please do not transport these to other area (there will be 2 adult size life jackets for your use), corn hole boards/bags and giant connect 4!
We recommend water shoes as the waterfront tends to be rocky. Children must be watched near the water and should have life jackets on (bring your own life jackets). You are responsible for children's safety during your stay.
First and foremost, I must be very clear this unit is NOT for rowdy parties so please do not book if that is your intention, Violators will be reported to Airbnb and charged to the fullest extent of the law and removed from the home with no refund. The space is intended for family gatherings to make memories and enjoy the lake, we intend to keep that vibe here. There are plenty of homes that offer rowdy parties and encourage you to seek those locations if that is the intent.
QUIET HOURS: 9PM-8AM - Please note that both of our neighbors are full time residence, and this is their home as well. We value your stay but please respect our neighbors and their space/privacy so that others can enjoy future stays and we can continue offering rental services.
Parking: We have a private driveway which can fit no more than 6 cars. THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO STREET PARKING AS THIS IS A VERY TIGHT ROAD. ABSOLUTLEY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS AS THERE IS UNDERGROUND UTILITES THAT CAN BE DAMAGED, IF YOU ARE CAUGHT PARKING ON GRASS, YOU WILL BE POTENTIALLY HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR. Again, there is a maximum of 6 cars on this property. All other cars/vehicles will be towed at renter's expense. Do your research and carpool, thank you for your cooperation!

Hello and welcome! My husband and I live just outside of the city limits of Rochester, NY. When traveling we always utilize Airbnb and have always dreamed of having one ourselves. Well eventually we made it happen and are so happy with all of the guests we have come in contact with. We are huge craft beer people and travel all over the North East to visit breweries.
