The space
Open concept home comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own tv which has been connected to Netflix and Hulu. The living room area also has a gas fireplace, tv and large sectional for plenty of seating and excellent view of the lake. There is WIFI for your use and password will be provided upon booking. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs:
-Pots/Pans
-Cooking utensils
-Toaster
-Blender
-Hand mixer
-Microwave
-Gas Stove
-Coffee Maker
-Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses and silverware
-Baking pans
-Measuring cups and spoons
-Mixing bowls
- Extra fridge in the garage for extra storage

No need to bring linens, all the beds come fully dressed with fresh clean bedding as well as towels (please bring towels for outside as we ask that you do not use our bath towels for outdoor use). You will be responsible for your own toilet paper, paper towels and personal hygiene items.

There is a game cabinet in the main living area for your use. Games are suitable for all ages (please be aware that some games may contain small pieces not suitable for young children)

Please note that there are 2 window air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms but the remainder of the home has central air conditioning.

The outdoor area (Please note that the outdoor furniture will not be available during the months of November- May) comes equipped with a patio table and chairs as well as lounge chairs to lay out in the sun, and propane grill (there will be a propane tank onsite that you will need to fill). There is an outdoor firepit for your use - you will need to provide your own wood. All firepits will need to be extinguished when not in use.

During the summer: there will be 2 kayaks and a canoe to be used at our location only, please do not transport these to other area (there will be 2 adult size life jackets for your use), corn hole boards, can jam and giant connect 4!

We recommend water shoes as the water front tends to be rocky. Children must be watched near the water and should have life jackets on (bring your own life jackets). You are responsible for children's safety during your stay.

First and foremost, I must be very clear this unit is NOT for parties, Violators will be reported to Airbnb and charged to the fullest extent of the law.

QUIET HOURS: 9PM-8AM - Please note that both of our neighbors are full time residence and this is their home as well. We value your stay but please respect out neighbors and their space/privacy so that others can enjoy future stays and we can continue offering rental services.

Parking: We have a private driveway which can fit no more than 4 cars ( you will need to park the 4th car along the garage on the left side). THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO STREET PARKING AS THIS IS A VERY TIGHT ROAD. Again their is a maximum of 4 cars on this property. All other cars/vehicles will be towed at renters expense. Do your research and carpool, thank you for your cooperation!

Guest access
You will have full access to our property. Please stay off the neighbors property and respect their privacy. *Please note that the back seawall is being repaired currently. You will be able to access the lake in the late spring and summer but during the winter and early spring you wont be able to get to the ice/water.

Other things to note
There is no access to the lake (backyard) from the left side of the house. The walk-way to the left of the house is not our property and you will be trespassing onto our neighbors property so please respect their area and go through the home as this space is off limits. You may access the lake on the right side path of the house. Thank you!

Hello and welcome! My husband and I live just outside of the city limits of Rochester, NY. When traveling we always utilize Airbnb and have always dreamed of having one ourselves. Well eventually we made it happen and are so happy with all of the guests we have come in contact with. We are huge craft beer people and travel all over the North East to visit breweries. We also are big on brunch so feel free to reach out if you need some good recommendations during your stay.
