• Moving or rearranging furniture is not allowed without prior approval.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM for everyone’s comfort.
• Parties, events, pets, and unregistered guests are strictly not allowed on the premises.
• Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. Early or late requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Cooking strong-smelling food (e.g., dried fish/buwad) is not allowed. Violation will result in a ₱10,000 penalty.
• Smoking and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation will incur a ₱15,000 penalty.
• Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
• Guests are expected to manage trash properly to avoid pests. We are not liable for issues caused by improper disposal.
