The space
Newly remodeled, the condo provides you with 900 square feet of attractive, comfortable spaces.
Enter into the living room, where you’ll find a 65” 4k Roku TV, with seating and lounging for all.
It just keeps getting better as you move into the kitchen and dining area. With fully stocked cabinets and connected space, everyone can gather around for whatever’s on the agenda. Play a game around the table with seating for4, make a family favorite recipe, or whip up some tasty drinks to sip around the pool.
The living room opens onto the private patio, where you can lounge with a great book in hand or sip a beverage while enjoying the breeze blowing through the pine trees. The high wall provides plenty of privacy or you can peek over for a view of the pool, which is directly across from the condo.
You can have some fun in the sun at the pool (yes, it’s mostly sunny in Mesa, even in winter!) or relax in the hot tub. In the patio closet, you'll find yard games like cornhole and ladder ball. Pull those out and keep the fun going in the big grassy area just outside the front door.
After a fun day playing at the pool or around the cities (1024 At Mesa is located where Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler all meet and with such easy freeway access, Scottsdale and Tempe are practically in our backyard), turn on the string lights for a magical ambiance as you relax on the patio with a drink in hand.
Need to do a little work while away? The 1 gigabit internet service allows you to tackle the biggest projects....or watch your favorites. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with 4K Roku enabled TV's.
No matter how you chose to spend the day, get comfortable inside as you settle in for the night!

Our community is a pet and family friendly, but generally quiet, neighborhood. (This is a condo, so you will hear neighbors!) Located where Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler all meet, we have grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, Costco and more all close by. With Loop-101 and US-60 freeways easily accessible, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix are around the corner!
